You should have everything ready to go preferably one day before that date. The best thing to do is to work backwards. For instance, if you know that it will take you a two or three days to prepare your clothes, then work back three days from your deadline and start preparing your clothes on that day. The same goes with your plane tickets, your hotel reservations and so forth. Think about all the things that you will bring with you and work your preparation schedule along this concept.

2. Prepare Your Health

Anticipating a trip to a foreign land is very exciting – and stressful. You wouldn’t want to get sick when you’re already at your destination, would you? Then get physically fit for your impending travel activities. You can only enjoy the sites if you are not feeling sick.

3. Travel light

They will add up to your luggage when you go home.

4. Take Advantage of Modern Electronic Data Processing

They will be useful in case you lose your original copy of these documents.
